$    2,058,029.00  for municipal purposes. 

CAPITAL ORDINANCE 2024-02: CAPITAL ORDINANCE  APPROPRIATING $205,904.00 FROM THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FISCAL YEAR 2024 TRUST FUND GRANT/MUNICIPAL AID PROGRAM,  AND $78,836.00 FROM THE TOWNSHIP OF FREDON GENERAL CAPITAL FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND  FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO PHIL HARDIN ROAD SECTION I

(Read by Title)  Consideration of 2nd Reading and Final Adoption.  Affidavit of publication has been received.  Copy of Ordinance has been posted and copies have been made available to the public.  Public comment will be heard

CAPITAL ORDINANCE NO. 2024-03: CAPITAL ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN PART TO BOND ORDINANCE NO. 2023-10 ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2023, PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREFOR BY $43,874.00 FOR A TOTAL APPROPRIATION OF $343,874.00 FOR THE ACQUISITION OF AN AMBULANCE FOR THE FREDON VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY/EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
