Hello all,
     I have been in contact with Altice, our cable internet provider.  The recent disruptions in service have been attributed to the transfer of operation from Service Electric to Altice and according to them speeds and reliability should improve greatly.  This was my priority question and the answer suggested we should be past the transition period and experiencing better service.
     The next concern was for those potential Fredon customers that have found connecting to the service cost prohibitive.  Some were estimated in thousands of dollars, as high as $15,000.  These hookups will be looked at on an individual basis and re-evaluated.  I have also had conversations with Planet Network concerning just hookups to homes in preparation for future potential customers.  This could be a cheaper alternative.
