CAPITAL ORDINANCE 2023-14: PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN PART TO BOND ORDINANCE N0. 2023-10 ADOPTED ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2023, PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION THEREFOR BY $66,000 FOR A TOTAL APPROPRIATION OF $266,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DUMP TRUCK FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF FREDON DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
